    Your AI assistant asks to use one credit. Say yes in the conversation—or give it permission to use available credits for future transactions.

    Signatures, amendments, and follow-ups stay in the same transaction. No extra feature charges.

Credits are shared by your team and do not expire. A credit is used when your AI assistant starts coordinating, even if the deal later falls through. Additional credits are $4.99 each; automatic purchases require your separate permission. Your AI assistant is provided separately. Credit activation and purchases are still in development.

Who is Close This for?

Real estate agents, brokers, and transaction coordinators who need a clear view of the file, upcoming deadlines, and decisions waiting for review.

What does one transaction credit include?

The planned offer is one credit per transaction, with every feature included. Your AI assistant is provided separately. Credit activation, purchases, and automatic reminders are not available yet.

Can I keep using my preferred assistant?

Your assistant must support secure connections to Close This. We are still validating the complete setup journey with external assistants and mailboxes. Selecting an assistant or copying the skill does not confirm compatibility. Automatic reminders are not available yet.

What does my AI assistant do?

Your connected AI assistant prepares work using the access you grant. Close This lets you inspect the documents, correct information, and review proposed actions. AI assistant service and connection setup are provided separately.

Do I need to connect my brokerage’s email?

No Gmail or Outlook connection to Close This is required. Give your AI assistant a dedicated mailbox in the platform where it runs, then CC it on transaction correspondence. Only messages and attachments it files appear in Close This. You manage mailbox access and sending permissions with your assistant’s provider.
